SUBJECT:               NINETY-SIXTH BIENNIAL SESSION OF THE UNITED SUPREME COUNCIL

 

GREETINGS:           In compliance with the constitution and by-laws of the United Supreme Council of Sovereign Grand Inspector-Generals of the Thirty-third and last degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry; the Ninety-Sixth Biennial Session will be held August 8 – 13, 2010.

 

THEREFORE:         By the power and authority vested in me as the Most Puissant Sovereign Grand Commander, I, Ill. Otis F. Clopton 33° do issue this proclamation, declaring that the United Supreme Council, A.A.S.R. with all of its departments and auxiliaries will meet August 8 – 13, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Little Rock, 3201 Bankhead Drive, Little Rock. The Thirty-third Degree, if any, will be conferred directly after the meeting on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 3 P.M.  Any candidates for that degree must have been recommended in writing and said recommendation submitted to the Secretary General at least thirty days prior to the session and must be signed by the Commander-in-Chief, State Deputy and Grand Master.

  • Please plan to wear your regalia for the opening ceremonies on Sunday, August 8, 2010 and for the Memorial Service on Monday, August 9, 2010.
